1. What Eternallee Does

Eternallee allows users to create written records (“Eternals”) linked to blockchain proof records.

When an Eternal is created:

• the readable Eternal text is stored separately by Eternallee systems;
• a SHA-256 cryptographic hash derived from the Eternal text is recorded on a public blockchain (currently Bitcoin SV);
• the blockchain record itself does not contain the readable Eternal text.

Readable Eternals may become accessible through sharing functionality if users choose to share them.

2. Personal Data We Process

Depending on how you use the service, we may process:

• name or username;
• email address;
• account credentials;
• Eternal content;
• sharing preferences;
• blockchain transaction references;
• IP address;
• browser/device information;
• payment-related metadata;
• customer support communications.

We aim to minimise the amount of personal data processed wherever reasonably possible.

3. Blockchain Hash Records

When an Eternal is created, Eternallee records a SHA-256 cryptographic hash on a public blockchain.

The blockchain record:

• is permanent;
• cannot be modified or deleted;
• does not contain the readable Eternal text itself.

A cryptographic hash is a digital fingerprint derived from the content.

Although the hash is not intended to reveal the readable text itself, blockchain records remain publicly visible and permanent by nature.

4. Shared Eternals

Readable Eternals are not automatically public merely because a blockchain hash exists.

Readable Eternals become accessible to others only through Eternallee sharing functionality, including shareable links or pages.

If users share an Eternal:

• others may access the content;
• others may copy, redistribute, or store the content;
• search engines or third parties may index or archive shared pages.

Users should avoid sharing sensitive personal data or confidential information.

5. Legal Bases for Processing

We process personal data based on:

• performance of a contract;
• legitimate interests;
• legal obligations;
• user consent where required.

Our legitimate interests include:

• operating and securing the platform;
• fraud prevention;
• maintaining blockchain proof functionality;
• customer support;
• improving services.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Eternallee uses cookies and similar technologies necessary for the operation, security, and functionality of the service, including login sessions, payment processing, and fraud prevention.

Eternallee does not store full payment card details.

Readable Eternal content and account data may be deleted upon user request, subject to:

Blockchain hash records cannot be deleted because of the immutable nature of blockchain technology.

• withdraw consent where applicable.

Deletion requests apply to data controlled by Eternallee systems.

Blockchain hash records recorded on public blockchain infrastructure cannot be altered or erased.

10. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data.

However, no internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.

Users are responsible for safeguarding their own credentials and devices.

11. International Processing

Service providers or infrastructure used by Eternallee may process data outside the European Economic Area.

Where required, Eternallee aims to use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

12. Children

Eternallee is not intended for users under 18 years old.

We do not knowingly process personal data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically.

Updated versions will be published on the Eternallee website.
