1. Introduction
Welcome to Eternallee.com ("we", "our", or "us"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform services.
2. Services
We provide online services that allow users to:
- Create immutable digital records ("Eternals") for e.g. confessions, announcements, agreements, achievements, intentions, or any other text content.
- Store a copy of their Eternals in their user account for later review.
- Purchase prepaid credits to create multiple Eternals.
3. User accounts
- Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services.
- Account creation requires a valid email address, telephone number, account name and password.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and login credentials.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Storage of Eternals
- Users can choose to store a copy of their Eternals within their Eternallee.com account.
- All stored Eternals are linked to the user's account for easy access but remain immutable and publicly available on the Bitcoin SV blockchain.
- Users cannot modify stored Eternals once they are created.
- We reserve the right to remove stored Eternals from our platform if they violate our content guidelines (see section 6).
5. Payment & prepaid credits
- Transactions are conducted in euros (€).
- Prepaid credits available in 6 for €5 (denominations) are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Prepaid credits are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Credits not used within this period will expire. After this period, we have the right to revoke/invalidate any unused credits so they can no longer be used or redeemed. The user is responsible for using the credits within the validity period. We may, at our discretion, extend the validity period of credits, but we are not obligated to do so.
- Expired credits do not entitle the user to a refund or any form of compensation.
- Once an Eternal is created, the transaction cannot be canceled, modified or deleted.
6. Content & conduct
Users must ensure that their submitted content does not:
- Violate any applicable local, national or international law.
- Contain hate speech, violence, illegal activities, defamatory material, or explicit content.
- Include personal data of third parties without their consent.
- Infringe on intellectual property rights.
We are not responsible for content submitted by users.
7. Blockchain permanence & stored records
- Once recorded on the Blockchain SV blockchain, an Eternal cannot be altered or erased.
- The version stored in a user's Eternallee.com account is a read-only copy for reference purposes.
- If a user deletes their account, the stored Eternals will be removed from our platform, but they will remain permanently on the blockchain.
8. Liability & disclaimers
- We provide services "as is" without any guarantees regarding uptime, security, or uninterrupted service.
- We are not liable for any damages resulting from incorrect, offensive, or inappropriate content published by users.
- Users assume full responsibility for their own legal and financial obligations regarding the Eternals they create.
9. Privacy & data protection
- We collect minimal user data necessary to provide services.
- We do not store Bitcoin SV blockchain records, only a user-accessible copy for reference.
- Full details are outlined in our Privacy policy.
10. Changes to Terms & Conditions
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our platform after modifications implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
